Cancellation within the 8weeks prior to arrival, there is a 50% cancellation fee

There is a flat 10% cancellation fee on all bookings up until 3 months prior to arrival
2 months prior to arrival 30% cancellation fee/70% refund on total price
1 month prior to arrival 50% cancellation fee/50% refund on total price
The owners of the Gite reserve the right to cancel any booking if,
deposit payment is not received within a two week period of booking, and/or
balance of payment is not received by 6 weeks prior to arrival.
