In the event of a cancellation, 20% of the total price is non-refundable if cancellation occurs prior to 8 weeks before arrival. If cancellation occurs within the 8 weeks prior to arrival, a refund is not available.
On arrival for your holiday at Gite du Calme we ask you to bring a £200 cheque for breakages. Your cheque will be returned by post within two weeks after the end of the rental period providing no damage to the property or contents has occurred.
Insurance: You are strongly advised to take out adequate insurance for your holiday. We cannot accept responsibility for losses or damage caused by events beyond our control such as strikes, industrial disputes, airport or port closures, fire, flood and other natural disasters, since these are not covered by the owners insurance.
The rental period shall commence at 4.00p.m on the first day and finish at 10.00a.m. on the last day.
The maximum number to reside in the property must not exceed 8 unless the owner has given written permission.

The completion of the reservation form indicates your acceptance of the following terms and conditions. This contract is binding by both parties, owner/client upon receipt of reservation form and deposit. To reserve the property, the client should complete the on-line reservation form and return it together with payment of the initial non-refundable deposit (20% of the total rent due). Following receipt of the reservation form and deposit, the owner will send email confirmation.
The balance of the rent is payable not less than eight weeks before the start of the rental period. If payment is not received by the due date, the owner reserves the right to give notice that the reservation is cancelled. The client will remain liable to pay a further 20% of total balance.
Reservations made within eight weeks of the start of the rental period require full payment at the time of booking.
